• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
• Vouchers are non-refundable, except where required by New Zealand law.
• Vouchers can be redeemed for any standard Eiger Escape Rooms experience.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If the selected experience exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid at checkout.
• Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
• Voucher codes must be entered at checkout to redeem.

• All vouchers are delivered electronically via email immediately after purchase.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their email address is entered correctly.

• All bookings must be made online via our website.
• Bookings are subject to availability.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened game time.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the booking.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Copy or reproduce any part of the website
• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to bypass website security

• All prices are in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

• Personal belongings lost or damaged during visits
• Injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow staff instructions
